UnyKorn: Investor FAQ
Short answers to the questions we hear most. Live figures come from https://chain.unykorn.ai/api/site, fetched 10 Oct 2026 at 12:37 UTC.
1. What does UnyKorn do?
UnyKorn runs Genesis402 at twin.unykorn.org. It is a catalog of paid APIs for AI agents. Agents pay per call in USDC. Every paid call comes back with an Ed25519-signed receipt.
2. How do agents pay?
They pay in USDC over x402 on Base, Polygon or Solana, or over MPP. The agent asks for a service, pays the stated price, and gets the answer with a receipt. No account or subscription is needed.
3. Is it live?
Yes. At fetch time the rail had 370 paid services live and 1,083 paid calls with signed receipts. 713 of those calls came from outside wallets, meaning wallets UnyKorn neither controls nor funded. The rail has been monitored since 27 Sep 2026. Check the current figures at chain.unykorn.ai.
4. What is your revenue?
Revenue is early. We do not quote dollar revenue in this pack. We point to paid calls and outside wallets because anyone can check them.
5. How can I check your numbers myself?
Open chain.unykorn.ai and press Verify on receipt g402-22fd3c6e1963d1e5. Your browser rebuilds the fingerprint and checks it against the record chain. Then open proof.unykorn.org and the latest Base checkpoint on basescan. The demo script walks through it in 2 minutes.
6. What is the record chain?
It is UnyKorn's running record. Every receipt, agent ID card and internal record is fingerprinted onto it every 15 minutes. Once a day, a fingerprint of the whole chain is written to Base. Only fingerprints are published. The public explorer is proof.unykorn.org.
7. Why write a fingerprint to Base?
Base is a public chain UnyKorn does not control. If an earlier record changed, it would no longer match the fingerprint on Base. Anyone can see that mismatch. This makes changes visible. It does not stop someone from trying.
8. What is the MCP server?
It is a hosted server that lets AI assistants use the rail as tools. It is published on npm as genesis402-mcp. At fetch time it had served 42,202 requests.
9. What are the agent identities on Base?
UnyKorn has 22 ERC-8004 agent identities on Base. ERC-8004 is a registry for on-chain agent ID cards. Each card is also fingerprinted onto the record chain.
10. What is UnyKorn Chain?
It is our own network, built in Rust on the Polkadot SDK (stable2606-2). It uses Aura for block production and GRANDPA for finality. Its native coin, UNY, pays network fees. It is in beta on 5 UNY validators, with 6 EVM validators on the record chain beside it, across 3 regions (Oracle Cloud, AWS Virginia, AWS Ireland). Every receipt, agent ID card and internal record is now written to it every 15 minutes, alongside the record chain, and the Verify button checks both. It passed 9/9 unit tests and 11/11 end-to-end tests before launch.
11. Who runs the validators?
UnyKorn runs every validator today. That is a real limit, and we say so. The next milestones are validators spread across several providers, then an open validator set that outside operators can join by rule, then on-chain governance. These are milestones, not dates.
